Independent Support & Care was started up by Atikul Islam who having worked in many different care settings predominantly with adult and children since 2009. Atikul realised the need to revolutionise the homecare and the way care is provided at people homes. Atikul decided to start up a domiciliary care company that would strive for the highest quality in care industry. Moreover, Atikul is a local resident of
Barking and Dagenham and through family and friends, residents of the area; he identified the need of a high quality domiciliary care service in the borough and wider London.
